I can't remember the last time the reffing was this bad, seems like every decision is off.

Okay, the Flames have given themselves a chance here with a better third. The powerplay has to make an appearance like Montreal's did.

The refs are so used to giving the team playing the Habs a penalty it was a subconsious reaction

Neal has been all over Domi all game, noticed it in the first period and then since. Subtle things, taking an extra shot at him saying something in scrums etc.
All for maybe leading up to drawing this call.

Flames haven't done the 'down to the low guy, then quickly to the slot' play on the PP since about game 2. IT's time for that.
