I hate both the Away Goals Rule being continued in ET and Golden Goal. Both are inequitable and don't provide both teams with the same chance to win the match. Like AC Milan displayed over two matches, it is not about your ability to score quickly but to score more goals during the pre-determined length of the match/tie. The same should go for extra-time.

Those would be the obvious outcomes, but Juve have been stellar this season as well.

If that happens though does the semi-final look like:

Real/Barca
Bayern/Dortmund

So that one team from each country is in the final, or would they split them at the semi stage? Real/Bayern and Barca/Dortmund?

If that were to happen I'd hope they split them so you could potentially have a final with two teams from the same country

God, a Real/Barca final would be unwatchable.

Well, you know, I was thinking of two 'upsets' in the semis for a Dortmund - Bayern final

First they have to take care of business in the Quarters, especially playing some good teams.

I get the ticky-tacky passing of Barce, being unappealing to some.. but their past matches with Real have been rather entertaining.

Why unwatchable?

Because both of those teams are drama queens. Its 90 minutes of slap fights, diving and watching Barca do nothing.

Slap-fights, diving, and whining. I admit I do have general bias against La Liga and mostly Barca, but I remember watching the Copa Del Rey I think it was two years ago and just shaking my head most of the time.

Have they been doing well in general or mainly Serie A?

I was in Spain during that Copa del Rey final in '11, country just goes upside down for a day.

They fataing hate each other, so at least makes it dramatic. Southern Europe is notorious for diving, whining, etc; but I still enjoy watching magic from the Pirlo's, Xavi's, Messi's, Ronaldo's..

Well, they're running away with the Serie A which doesnt mean a whole lot seeing as the major players in that league seem to have fallen on seriously hard times, but they are in the Quarter-Finals of the CL.

They're having a really good season. Granted, its entirely possible that they're buying officials off again....

If it comes to these four teams I hope the same countries draw for the semi's. Bayern / Barca final would be great.

I'd much rather see Bayern vs. Real Madrid, two very good attacking teams going at each other would be awesome. That would be a very fast paced game.

Just anyone but Barca. Juve/Dortmund, Bayern/Dortmund, Juve/Madrid would all be great games.

I enjoy watching Barca. The short passing requires an incredible amount of skill, and they do it pretty much flawlessly. Outside of the diving and acting of a Barca/Real game, I really don't get why so many people don't like watching those games.

I also love watching the more direct game though, so as long as the CL final is a close game, I won't care which teams are involved.

I find that it makes the game slow and choppy. Theres no flow and that really dims the excitement.

Take for instance the last Bayern/Dortmund match, that was a riveting 90 minutes.

Watching Barca is like watching baseball, sure, theres 'buildup' but its still intensely boring.

Has UEFA ruled Inter has to play in front of an empty stadium yet?

At this point they should just make all Italian teams play in empty stadiums. That makes it; Inter, AC, Juve and Lazio with racism issues this season?

What the hell is going on in Italy?
