just a tip there is a dude that gets his mountain bike ripped. After running over the thief and screwing round on the bike i was driving around the guy but got too close and it went to cut scene where he thanks you and get only $50 instead of the $500.
If you return the bike he sends you a txt 2 days later and gives you $100,000 of shares in his Pet food company. Sell them and earn an achievement.
No. I put the "play" disk in first as the guy at EB games said there was a glitch atm that could damage the install disc? Despite that though I still had to put in the "install disc" as there was some 1 time installation that had to be done?
I take it I can install the full game onto the HD? Would that improve the graphics? I assumed this guy knew what he was talking about and said the only reason to do the full install was to improve the smoothness of the game?
Was there a hardware upgrade in recent models that would improve the look of the game? Anything to gain by trying to find a newer one?

The only thing you can do is as Burninator suggests is install the install disc and have the other disc in running the game.. this will make sure to minimize pop-in of high quality textures.
The resolution is visibly pretty low, PS3 or 360.
EDIT: Yeah you can install the game onto the HD, play with the play disc in as well, then the 360 will be able to pull assets from both the hard drive and the play disc. I'm not sure if it'll improve the graphics after everything loads, bit things should load faster.

They do change the internal hardware somewhat, but only for cost or heat or size, not to increase performance. Since all developers depend on identical behaviour of all consoles they can't do much with the actual chips that do the important things other than make them cheaper/smaller/cooler.
For the running of games, the hardware from 07 is every bit as good. Which is why some people like PCs so they can get their upgrades more often

So I couldn't take a cab to Mt Chiliad cause I hadn't been that far north. When I unlocked Trevor, I took a cab up there. Hopped in the gondola. Grabbed a parachute. When I jumped I realized I didn't know how to pull the chute. Smack into the rocks. I did it again with the same result. I thought it was pretty funny.
I went to flight school and had a few jumps. That went a lot smoother. Best not to force it.

Doesn't look like it. They have an alert set up in game saying if you have a character and then you get the screen showing to start a character, back out to story mode and try again. Kept seeing it last night.
I've got a few hours into the main game and some into online.
What do you guys think of the online so far? I haven't noticed other players much at all, and the ones I have most be letting their dogs' play with the controller.
I'm so bad at aiming... Can't kill all the bikers at their Meth compound (with Trevor).
On free aim I had the same problem, died a few times on that one. Just keep to the periphery so you have cover, and keep moving so they don't try to flank you (which they will).
EDIT: Or do what was said above, assisted aim. Or even traditional GTA aiming which is extra easy.
So sounds like GTA V is coming to PC in early 2014...speculation it'll be on next gen around the same time as well. Probably not a shocker, but I know its been speculated that it may never happen. So, ya, apparently it is.
