At least they can afford the good coffins and likely won't let their kids near the rest of us to spread the infection.
More like at least they'll be able to afford the treatment their kids will need, while simultaneously putting their employees and their families who likely don't have access to the same care at significantly higher risk. Among other things, anti-vaxxers are pretty damn racist if you think about it.
I had to post this and couldn't think of a different thread. A friend on Facebook posted this anti-flu shot link. A facebook algorithm of some sort automatically posted "related" articles right below it. Pretty awesome.

First, Peter Doshi does not work at John Hopkins University, he is a professor at the University of Maryland. Second, he is an anthropologist. Not a epidemiologist or anything that has to do with medicine. Third, the piece that this 'news article' references is not research - it's an opinion piece.
Doshi has spoken at at least one anti-vaccination conference and is a signed/pledged 'HIV/AIDS denier' and argued that HIV is not a cause of AIDS. (Though he kind of backtracked on that - kind of.)
Here are a few links disputing this 'news article.'

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Nine cases of measles have so far been recorded in an outbreak in California and Utah, and the number is expected to rise. It is thought that many of the infections were transmitted at Disneyland. Predictably, most of those who have become sick were not vaccinated. Infuriatingly, two of them were children who were too young to get the measles shots, rather than being the children of vaccine opponents
Apparently the count is up to 16 now. It's time to start maybe looking at legislation similar to Croatia's.
Australia’s anti-vaccine movement in decline as membership drops off
Stripped of its charitable status and reeling from hits to its credibility, financial records show the income of the Australian Vaccination-Skeptics Network declined dramatically in recent years
My wife's sister is anti-vaccine. Her and her kids came to may house just before Christmas and the discussion came up. I refrained from getting into it too much, but at one point she mentioned that it is good when a child gets a childhood disease because after they recover, they gain a "natural" immunity to the virus. I had to face palm on that little bit of wisdom. All I said; "Yeah, that sounds more convenient than getting vaccinated".
She then mentioned other theories about how recovering from illnesses is good mentally for a child and builds character... I can't recall exactly what she said, because I tuned out.
