10. Methods of Circumventing the Act
It is important to note that the Act contains no anti-avoidance provisions. There are several anti-avoidance techniques that are frequently used quite successfully. The courts deem the Act to be remedial, and if the testator fails to take steps to avoid the Act, then he has “volunteered” to be caught by its provisions.

E) Designated Beneficiaries under Insurance and Pensions
F) Dying Intestate
