Zombie Defense - dry moat?

I just wanna know why zombies never put their hands in their pockets. Are the outstretched arms for balance or what? Are zombies balance challenged?

Anytime a cell freezes it explodes. Water expands as it freezes and cells are filled with water.

Unless the zombies have anti-freeze for blood and intracellular fluid, every cell in their body would explode.

What about animals that eat carrion? Wouldn't zombies be under constant attack from vultures, coyotes, crows, magpies, Edmontonians...and such.

Maybe not they still move around..only the Edmontonians would dare approach..
