I'm guessing they are saying "attractive" to make it appear that the bar was encouraging some more than others. Puts more of the blame on the club because they were targeting her. This makes it look like the bar is at fault by putting pressure on the "attractive" ones. If they encourage no one, the club can say well we don't encourage anyone to dance, they choose to dance. Seems her lawyers are just throwing a few things up and hoping a couple stick.
They encouraged the attractive ones (putting more pressure on her because she is so hot) ,the conditions were unsafe, no supervision, over served, etc.
Complete bull. Take some damn responsibility for your actions. I've hurt myself while drunk numerous times, I understand it's my own dumb fault.
