I can go any time now. If it were later (like 4:00 pm) I could still go to basketball, but that is not critical.

Sorry, I was looking in the contests section for this topic, that's why I didn't post in it, Aeneas.

He sent me a PM saying it was on the 2nd then later blamed me for not checking the topic! I still have those PM's by the way. Even if it's just a little bit later, you can put me as the last pick in the first round or something and hopefully I can make that work.

The only responses for the last question were draft before HNIC, so:

Saturday 9 October 1300.

Names will be drawn from the hat at 1300, draft commenceing at 1315.

If you miss your turn (you are late) we will just pass on you till the end.
If you are not there when we want to start round 2, you will be out.

PM if you want and do not have, my cell number. Call if running behind.

If we actually have 20 show up, it will be a very deep draft. So we will leave it at 10 players drafted.

We might need to have goalies just to stop having to draft 3rd line Oilers!

The first PM I sent you said 2 Oct, because that was thought to be the best date. Than discussion in the thread developed that 9 Oct was better for more people.

So yes the first PM did say 2 Oct, the second should have said 9 Oct. Didn;'t send it to myself, so I cannot confirm.

I don't really care when we start, just don't want to keep changing it.

Hey I found those PM's also. Saved them automatically I guess.

The first one I sent you said, "Looking at 2nd October..."
second one said, "Saturday 9 October..."

If we start at 1400 your pick might not come up until 1430 anyway.
I also have no problem starting at 1600, I will just be a little tipsy by then. Maybe my picks will improve...

So we need to nail down a start time soon as we are a week away.
