No way. Have you ever gotten in an argument with a drunk barstar chick (or guy) who struts and screeches while sounding like an idiot? They are easily outsmarted and when they don't know how to use their tiny brain to fire back something witty, they do something dumb. They get just as upset at calmness and wit because it exploits their stupidity.

You don't have to be a jerkwad to get stupid people riled up.

No. And it's not like I haven't been to the bar on many, many, many occasions.

I can tell from the back of his head he's a D-bag.

I think a few people in here have revealed Mommy issues, unknowingly. Not enough hugs growing up.

Dude, they aren't kids, he's a grown man and she's a woman. You don't see a difference here?

You see that, and I see people that think they can impress women on the internet.

He probably went a bit overboard. Don't feel sorry for her though.

I have to say I'm pretty stunned that a number of people are not only defending this guys actions, but even commending them, considering them to be courageous. A couple of months ago one of our female posters pointed out the harsh attitude towards women that exists among a number of posters on this forum. At the time I dismissed the accusations but ever since than I've become more and more aware of such anger and resentment. Someone above mentioned that some people may have issues with their mothers etc. I don't think this is to far off base. If you consider that type of behavior towards women "courageous" I would suggest that you need seek help about your issues regarding the opposite sex.

It also looks like he tries to slap at her, before she says "yeah, I am a bitch."

What an ass.

If there is an &feature=related part at the end of the link, or &feature=embedded or anything else like that, you have to remove it to embed the video since it is not part of the video's identifier code.

I believe it was Pastiche that said this, who is a guy. Unless I missed another thread where a girl said it.

Anyway, I generally agree. The latent or even outright misogyny with some posters is a bit unsettling. The other thing is that, while most of the time it is easy to pick out when people are making misogynist jokes, sometimes it's difficult to tell.

So the guy hits on a girl, she basically blows him off, he calls her a bitch and goes to slap her, she tosses a drink in his face. Then he sweeps the leg, and when a guy confronts him he backs off.

the guys a coward and a loser.

What a freaking tough guy.

So a drink in the face equals head bouncing off concrete?

What does a head bouncing off concrete equate to then? Can she get up and staple his nuts to a table and pull out a slap chop?

D-bag should definitely have to turn in his man card for pulling that, anyone that defends that action as well.

I've long lamented the sexism on this board. This thread is more proof. To defend this guy's actions in any way is just bewildering. The updated video does further damage to this guy's cause. He's lucky he didn't get the beating he deserved on the pool deck.

My rule for physical altercations with women is simple. If they hit you, you do what you can to protect yourself without hitting them... maybe you can put a hold on them. If they continue to beat/harass/attack you, and you simply cant restrain them, and there is absolutely no other way, then I guess you do what you have to do in order to defend yourself.

Getting a drink in the face is rude, but is no excuse to physically attack a woman.

You're missing the part where the guy hit on her, poked at her, wouldn't take no for an answer and called her a b$tch.

I have a simple rule with girls, drilled into me because I was raised in a family with three sisters.

You never ever hit a woman, there's never any reason for it, unless she's trying to mug you and take your wallet.

If you're that pissed that you're even thinking of hitting a woman, you just walk away.

If you're in an argument with your significant other, and that urge to hit her is rising, go for a walk and cool down.

Besides with my size and strength, if I hit a woman, I would probably cave her skull in.

There's never any reason to strike a girl.

Probably not.

Except I would be wondering why a guy was throwing a drink in the face of a decent looking girl in a bikini.

Indeed. He should definitely be aiming for her chest.
