Quick scan of the leaderboard with about half the field started so far. 10 players so far under par today, no one is better than 2 under on the day. So the course does seem to be playing tougher, and this afternoon it could be much tougher as it does look like a nice sunny day which will make the greens tougher. But it is calm and little wind so the type of day where you hope to shoot 2 under and if you can keep at at even par you won't fall out of the tournament if you were in red figures yesterday.

Looks like Couples bogeyed 9 to drop into a tie with Barnes at 6 under.

Tiger is in the featured group on Tsn.ca. We will see his entire back 9.
Even on the day so far.

I can't seem to get the feed going on TSN.ca. I get the 2 smaller screens but nothing on the big one. Is that one not on till 1 or something?
Anyone else having an issue?

Try reloading it, works for me after doing that. It always does the same thing to me the first time I open it.

Very good round for Tiger on a much more difficult course than yesterday. He made some good putts to keep the momentum towards the end of the round. Should be an interesting afternoon to see how some of the guys still playing today will react with Woods in the clubhouse at -6.

Westwood now leader at -9. Playing some nice golf. Interesting group, as Westwood is playing well and the young kid looks like he's poised to become the youngest ever to make the cut at the Masters. Not showing much of Weir, which is a bit disappointing.
Was busy this afternoon, then came back to see Couples slid down the leader board. Too bad, look like his back isn't cooperating. Watson is still in the mix which is nice to see.

Westwood and Poulter tee off at 12:45 MT, and lead at -8.
Woods and Choi are right in front of them, both at -6.
Ricky Barnes/Anthony Kim and YE Yang/Phil Mickelson round out the top four groups.
Some pretty exciting golf coming this weekend.
I wouldn't mind seeing Woods/Kim in the final pairing Sunday.
Woods/Mickelson would be insane
Or Woods getting revenge on YE Yang would be interesting too. Or even Yang beating him again and achieving "TIGER KILLER" status.

Woods birdies the first, Mickelson is -2 thru 3. Leaderboard is now:
Mickelson -8
Poulter -8
Westwood -8
Woods -7
Choi -6
Yang double-bogeyed the 2nd to sit at -3, tied for 12th.

Would love to see Kim make a move.
Westwood is absolutely solid.

I fully expect Phil and Poulter to fall apart, but not Tiger.

Tiger will pick it up. Hank will have some words with him at the turn.

Is that based on the two previous wins that Mickelson has at Augusta? or the 10 top 10 finishes he has in the past 11 Masters? or the fact that he has never fallen apart at the Masters?
Phil has had his issues in the past at Majors, although it is way overblown, but has always been great at the Masters and there is no reason to expect him to fall apart at all.

C'mon Phil!!!!
I take it back...
Phil can be wild though. Hopefully he can hold the momentum.

Hopefully Phil doesn't win this tournament.

Yup. In general the way the media reports how Tiger is strong and Phil is weak is overblown. Just all part of Tiger-slurping.

No, it's a factor of Phil's often wild tendencies at the majors. Tiger is obviously a much more consistent golfer with an occasionally wild driver. No one will argue that Mickelson is one of the best... He has just sold himself short in the majors... Just ask Retief Goosen.
