Sorry, but no. The Eastern feeds for example never get simsubbed for us out West because it is not in the same area/time zone. They don't blanket simsub like Bell.
Regardless, we are talking about what is happening now, not what "might" happen in the future and Shaw subs have a distinct advantage over Bell subs where simsubs are concerned now.
