Man this is one beautiful building. Ive seen some friends cell phone videos of it, and just seeing that was breath taking. I wonder how much one of the places cost on the 154th floor...

Correct. Accounting for air resistance (using this calculator and some rudimentary figures) gives results in the 15-18 second range.

I knew the 8 seconds was wrong just went with Captain on that, I tried doing the math but kept getting like 800 seconds, ha.

2 dudes jumped off the building yesterday:



I read that they free fell 10 seconds before pulling the cord, so not sure what that translates to... but the footage at the beginning gives you a good idea of what it would look like to jump off the top.

The guys that snuck up and actually jumped off the building proper should get all the credit. That is a real base jump!
