RB start question...can only start 2
Mendenhall, Lynch, F. Jackson, Hightower, McCoy, L. Johnson
who do you pick? i'm leaning towards Mendenhall and Hightower

I think Mendenhall for sure.
Johnson might not be a bad play this week. Dallas hasn't exactly been stellar on defense and Jamaal Charles is in Todd Haley's doghouse big time. Johnson's looked somewhat slow to me this year and you run the risk of them getting down big early and having to throw the rest of the game. On the other hand, I could see this being one of his 185 yards 3 TD games too.
Hightower has been awful this year, but that offense is so dynamic I think it has to catch fire at some point.
If I were Jauron in Buffalo, Lynch wouldn't even see the field...but you can't trust them to make the right choice. I can see those two splitting carries for a while.
Tough choice for your second back IMO.

So I'm the commissioner in one of my other leagues and we were short a team, so I had to add a 2nd, reject team. I happened to be playing my own reject team this week, so I conveniently "forgot" to re-insert Donovan McNabb as their starting QB and also "accidentally" left Pierre Thomas in the starting line-up despite the fact its the Saints bye week. But Miles Austin just got my reject team 50 points by himself and is singlehandedly gonna lead the rejects to a win over my regular team. FML
Guess it serves me right for tryin to pull a fast one...

Geez, will someone lose in the CP survivor pool?
I had this won by this point last year.

Well with four teams at 0-5, it's made easy pickings in the Survivor pool.
I was out in Week 3 last year!!
Anyone want to pick a defensive matchup for me? Dallas is on a bye, so I need a defense for this week.
Cincinatti vs. Houston
Denver vs. San Diego
Clevland vs. Pittsburgh
Seattle vs. Arizona

Should I start Brees or Roethlisberger this weekend?
I'm just a little worried about Brees against the Giants' D.

It's tough to sit Brees, but I'd go with Rothlesberger.
The Browns are brutal!

Yeah Big Ben for sure. The Steelers are a pass first team. Brees is normally a better play but with their matchups I think Rothlesburger is the safer bet.

I'd go Roethlisberger, especially considering the opponent. I think the days of "always start your studs regardless of match-up" are gone. That strategy has burnt me a few times in the past.

I would start Hasselbeck. Arizona has the worst passing defense in the league. Plus both home games Hasselbeck has started they put up big numbers and has thrown for 7tds in those 2 games. Arizona has the best rush defense in the league so I would think Seattle plans on throwing it alot.

McNabb against that raider debacle should be a wise choice i would think. They are 31st in yds given up. And they are awful against mobile QB's...McNabb could have a rushing TD or 2 himself.
though AZ is dead last in passing yds against...so Hasselbach should have a decent day as well
Cincinnati's D has been pretty good....so i think Schaub would be the last guy on that list, though i have to start him in one of my leagues becuase the other guy is on a bye.

Laugh at the Brees advice. I'm still sweating whether to start McNabb or Hasselbeck. Thankfully MJD and Colston have had good games for me. Schaub meanwhile is sitting at 35 points. D'oh

Ray Rice has 27 points for me so far. Wooooo. I hope Arizona's secondary continues to play like crap for Hasselbeck.
