I dont get what the big deal is, they essentially replace he bun with 1 breaded chicken "filet"
To me that sounds damn tasty.

I would say not eating at KFC is likely the healthiest option. Past that getting anything that is deepfried is horrible from a cardiovascular standpoint. I know that there are a bunch of people on here who hate carbohydrates but the trick is not avoiding them completely but rather eating complex fibers, healthy vegitables, avoiding high fructose corn syrup and just following a healthy lifestyle.
To me that sounds like gluttony in a wrapper.
But to answer your original question, I would say that two pieces of bread are likely better for your overall health than two pieces of deep fried chicken.

Do they offer gloves to eat this thing? I wouldn't want to hold piping hot greasy deep fried chicken in my hands as the bacon and other grease leak everywhere...
Nasty.

Yet another crowning achievement celebrating the very best of what it means to live in North America.
I would most definately think less of a person if they were open about honestly liking and consuming this thing.

Mmmm now I do too!
The idea seems kinda like Turducken. Seems like a horrible waste but you wanna try it at least once.
EDIT: In all seriousness though, KFC is one of my boycotted companies.

You think less of people based on what they eat?
Seriously?

Maybe not what they eat, but how perhaps.
It's about need vs. consumption. Waste and all that.
Yeah some people need more, and some peoples bodies work different and such. But no one needs things like a Double Gulp, or a Double Down.
The funny thing is, the worse people eat, the more they tend to eat because the calories are empty and their body is craving more nourishment.
And then extra chickens die.
EDIT: Maybe Trads comments are a tiny bit harsh, as everyone likes to be spoiled every once in a while. But they speak to the root of over consumption in western society. Which is not just a food issue, but certainly is illustrated by it.

I don't think they should release this to the general public, heart attacks would skyrocket 1000% in the USA.

That's the plan. The (heart) weak shall fall while the strong survive.

The only reason to produce such a ridiculous product is because there are enough people stupid enough to eat it. Therefore its almost inevitable that they will make it. It does seem like a complete 180 degree turn from KFC's recent corporate strategy.

Wernt you the one going off the other day in a thread about the link I posted regarding Military Fitness? Saying you dont care if this was supported by 40 docotrs and nutritionists, they would be wrong?"
And now this statement? Interesting..
But I myself would try one of these bad boys out.. just to try it of course.

Anyone who won't eat one of these...is chicken!
Seriously though, I am so disgusted by the notion of this sandwich, I can feel my arteries clogging just thinking about it. I hope KFCs have defilibrators on site!

They need to make a sandwich which is deep fried in chicken. Melt the chicken meat down until it a liquid, and deep fry more chicken with that, use those two pieces as the bun. Then fry up some bacon with some chicken butter (cool the chicken liquid down, churn to make butter), then stuff a fried piece of chicken, with liquid chicken + chicken cheese (chicken + milk = chicken cheese).
Now that would be good.
