Well, it kind of sounds like he ditched his vehicle near the border and crossed into Canada on foot. Not sure why you'd hop on a plane to Toronto once inside the border.
Hadn't heard about the fingers and teeth thing until reading this thread. That's pretty disturbing. Hope they catch him soon.

Nancy Grace has turned me off CNN completely. I use to watch CNN from time to time but now turning to it is like playing Russian Roulette. If it turns out Nancy Grace is on I instantly feel like gouging my eyes and ears.

BBC World is decent though mostly just for international stuff.

I don't think California has the death penalty anymore. I could be wrong. I know that at one point their law was ruled unconstitutional and everyone on death row was commuted to life.
