what's the old saying? Drive for show and putt for dough. Woods was terrible on the green and he knows it. And Yang was money down the stretch. That's how you win these things.

So, as a result of winning the PGA, Yang gets to be on the President's cup. It would be interesting to see him paired against Tiger in that event.

As well, with the alledged boom in golf in Asia, it very well may be the case that Tiger could make more money as a result of losing than of winning. He won $800K instead of $1.3M, but if Nike golf is more in demand over seas as a result of an Asian born player winning, he could make considerably more.

I personally would have rather seen Tiger win. But oh well. He just didn't play well enough on Sunday, and after Yang chipped in for eagle he didn't have the game to get back into the lead. Needed Yang to make a mistake and he didn't.

Well I am quite happy that Tiger did not win. I respect the man's game, but he has to have the worst etiquette in golf. Rick Reilly had a nice piece on Tiger last month http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/colum...ick&id=4347419

"And yet he spent most of his two days at Turnberry last week doing the Turn and Bury. He'd hit a bad shot, turn and bury his club into the ground in a fit. It was two days of Tiger Tantrums -- slamming his club, throwing his club and cursing his club. In front of a worldwide audience."

"It's disrespectful to the game, disrespectful to those he plays with and disrespectful to the great players who built the game before him. Ever remember Jack Nicklaus doing it? Arnold Palmer? When Tom Watson was getting guillotined in that playoff to Stewart Cink, did you see him so much as spit? Only one great player ever threw clubs as a pro -- Bobby Jones -- and he stopped in his 20s when he realized how spoiled he looked."

"Golf is a gentlemen's game."

Being an Asian myself, I tuned in because of Yang.

Which half of Tiger do you actually think wins tournaments?
