This is unbelievable.

The type of match compared to 2008 has been completely different, but we're almost getting to the point where comparisons can be made.

What was the final score in the 5th set last year, anyway?

This is really something now. 11-10 Federer in the 5th. Both guys are playing outstanding tennis.

This is epic.

If Roger could just break the serve once, for pete's sake.

I'm pulling for Roger. Two years in a row to lose a match of this caliber would suck.

How long does this go? When does someone win?

This is nuts... 12-11 for Federer in the 5th

Edit: They have to win by 2 games in the 5th set.

I'm sure his 19 other major titles would help him through it, lol.

I want Roddick to win, simply because he's the underdog.

What I really want to see is Roddick break Federer, then Federer break right back, just to add even more dramas!

You have to win by 2 games. It can go as long as it takes (20-18, 50-48, 100-98...doesn't matter!)

Wow, I thought last year's Wimbledon Sunday was crazy. I had stuff to do, but I couldn't leave until the match ended.

Same thing again this year!

Yeah, I kind of suspected that, but since the second and third sets? Games? were 7-6 I wasn't sure.

So quick recap of what 4x4 has learned this morning by waking up on the couch and lazily watching tennis:

- it's actually a pretty good sport to watch
- you have to win by 2 in the fifth game
- it's really annoying when they serve so well and it just blows by the opponent instead of a good back and forth starting

3 straight Aces to get up 13-12 now. Unreal how these two are battling it out. It is a match where it's a shame that someone has to lose.

Aces are a thing of beauty...

Both Federer and Roddick has some fantastic aces.

lol. pretty much.

The way these two have played, if it wasn't for the tiebreaker in the first four sets, they'd be at 42-41 in the 2nd right now.

2nd and 3rd sets were 7-6 because in any set other than the 5th, if the games in the set are tied 6-6, they have a tie break. They alternate serves. Have to get at least 7 points and win by 2. You get a point for every rally you win.

Duece... 13 - 12 Federer.

Edit: 13 - 13

God I'm loving this. I've been a Roddick supporter even though he never really lived up tot he potential and hype.

Love that serve of his though.

Thought Roddick was in trouble when he lost that 40-15 advantage. How the hell do you throw down a 142kph ace, at deuce, 4 hours into a match like that?

Yeah, that sucks.
My kid wants a ride to his girlfriend's house, I told him not till the match is done, he's ticked.
