Actually the fastest car in the world is:
The SSC Ultimate Aero TT, I hate that it is American, and that it isn't really good looking, but it is the fastest by a few more MPH than the Bugatti. I personally believe a new Koenigsegg will be the fastest in the world, the CCX is close to the Bugatti, a new one I assume will be faster.

What a horribly bland and generic sports car. It looks like it was designed by Kia or, well, GM.

Sure, the lights mess up your aerodynamics a bit, but you'll appreciate them when someone gets in your way.

I know, Americans just can't style sports car. Never have, never will. They can make a mean looking Muscle car (60's and 70's), NOT the new rubbish on the streets. The Ford Mustang looks generic now, the Dodge Charger is a rip-off of a Chrysler 300 (why copy a design from a car which is fugly as shyte), the new Chevy Camaro was a huge dissapointment, looked good in photos, but in real life the car looks squished, you can't see out of the dashboard, it is too high, looks like a Matchbox toy car. I do like the new Challenger, but it doesn't matter because it is a rubbish car (60's style suspension, an engine which should have 300 more HP, etc.)
Sorry for my mini rant, but it needs to be said.
Just to cheer everyone up:
And the amazing Pagani Zonda, and yes I have seen one in person, 3 actually. Oh, and I have been IN the factory (well it is only like 3 garages big):

Agreed.
Jaguar is transitioning towards a more modern / aggressive design across their model line up. The '90s styling really had to go, I think, so I think it is a smart move for the brand. Whether or not Jaguar's design team is able to put together a design niche that does themselves any justice in a brutal marketplace is another question all together.
Here are some examples of where the Jaguar look may be headed in the future...

2010 Jaguar XKR-S
