Well who would think 48 year old Kenny don't call me Katie Perry and Angel can I light one up between shots Cabrera would be your leaders going into Sunday. This is why I love golf because guys like this can have their game and beat a superior athlete like Woods. I like Cabrerea a fair bit because of who he is, but it would be pretty cool to see a guy Perry's age win this tourney.

I love the Masters on Sunday -- and it is so much more impressive in HD - not quite like being there, but you get a better sense for the spectacle of being there.
It will be interesting to see if Tiger can mount a charge, but he is six back and only has 14 holes to play and a whole bunch of quality players in front of him. I am on record as not being a tiger fan, but if he somehow managed to win today, I would have to bow to his greatness...

also interesting today is the Phil/Tiger pairing. kind of like the BOA in golf. Two guys who, despite outward appearances, don't like each other, and want to pummel the other guy. Phil so far is taking it to Tiger.

Mickelson on the charge with 4 birdies after 7 holes to pull within 3 shots of the leader.
Tiger still struggling with his putting game.

Another birdie by Mickelson to pull within 2 shots of the lead. Lefty is playing lights out golf!
Lefty at -9 and Tiger at -5.
Looks like we could have an exciting finish to the Masters.

Wow! Tiger sinks an eagle putt on the 8th to go to -7.
Lefty sinks his birdie putt to go to -10.
Looks like the gallery has decided to follow these 2 guys around.
Amazing golf!

Lots of great storylines for the guys in the top 5.
Perry chance to be the oldest
Cabrera chance at his second major (and an unlikely two time major winner)
Chad Campbell - chance at first major
Tiger & Phil - well you know the deal here
Furyk - chance at second major as well for the man with the ugliest swing in pro golf

Mickelson ties the Augusta course record of 30 on the front nine.
Tiger sinks a clutch par putt on 9.

Dumb shot by Mickelson there.
No need to take that risk. Campbell and Perry are not likely to go low, especially not with the pressure of Mickelson right there.
Tough shot after playing so great all day.

Huge mental error by Mickelson on the par 3 #12 Tries to punch his tee shot with a 9 iron with his ball rolling off the green into the water. Ends up with a double bogie on the hole to fall back to -8.
Tiger gets his par putt.

Tiger and Mickelson with great tee shots on the par 5 #15th hole. Sets a great chance for both to get an eagle and move 2 shots closer to the leader Kenny Perry.

Wow, chokefest everywhere.
Phil brilliant, if he didn't have a brainfart on 12 he might be 2-3 shots ahead of the field.
Tiger plugging along hanging in there.
How bout a Phil/Tiger playoff?

Wow, you have to think Tiger is going to birdie at least one coming home here. This is setting up to be an amazing finish.
And Tiger knocks it stiff as I type that.

Imagine the roar on 15th if Tiger had sunk that eagle putt. That would have woken up Perry and sent a few shivers down his spine. It's as if Perry thinks par golf will win the Masters. That could be his downfall.
