Car Warranty Scam

I don't think it's a matter of Telus/Rogers selling our phone numbers, but instead I wonder if somebody just got a list of all phone numbers.

What I'm thinking- I've had this cell number for about 10 years. Because back then if you had my prefix (403-123-XXXX) then maybe they know to hit all of those numbers.

Anybody have a new number and still getting these?
