I have a hard time keeping weight on unless it's fat (I dropped 10-15 lbs cutting out alcohol for 2 months).
I'm wirey.

At the peak of my Tim Hortons daily-double-double routine in 2006 I topped out at 187 (on a 6'0" frame); I cut out the daily double double and went down to 180 in a matter of weeks without any other changes.
Held steady at the 180 mark for 2 years.
Been doing 10k 3 times a week since October and have really cut down on the drinking (one or two a day max, and no binges at all even on weekends) - I think I have shaved a good 5-10 pounds off since then, but I haven't checked.
So. At the end of this anecdote I figure I am somewhere between 170-175.
the end

I've always been a thin guy, I used to be around 155, but a few years of lifting weights has fixed that!
I'm going for the 190-195 range, I will be happy with that.

5'7" 145. Unfortunately I'm not carrying much muscle so I just look odd without a shirt on. Got kind of a skinny/squishy thing going on. I'm a real catch.
How has nobody commented on the photo shop? I laughed pretty hard at that one. Stang your kid is very cute ... let's make sure by the time she learns to read the confessions thread is long gone (or at least she understands the italics rule).

...hey my favorite topic lately.
I'm 5'10" and a halfish (that's right, I round down) and 175 lbs (that number is actually pretty accurate).
...down from 240 lbs. I was at to start 2008.
I still get the same number of girls that I used to (which I can't on my hands...since I have more than zero fingers)

No, if we did that people wouldn't be able to lie about their heights anymore.

5'9 145 lbs, I can almost bench my own weight. Or at least I could since I kind of got lazy and busy with work and neglected to work out for the last 1.5 months.
