I was thinking Dog and Beth would be good too, so I imagine a thousand other people will. You could reverse it though and have the husband go as Beth and the chick as Dog. My friends did that with sonny and cher and it was very good.

Just a heads up for you..I was in Market Mall today at a store called American Apparrel and they had TONS of bad pants like these ones for sale there. The streamers are way too funny, and pink to boot.

No one may know who he is, but in a few years I plan on going as The Stig. He is the race driver for the British show Top Gear. I plan on doing it in College in Year 2 or 3, that way I wont get kicked out for not answering anyone in year 1.
Blue Oyster Cult and Ghostbusters (with Staypuft marshmallow man) are two awesome ideas.

Would it be offensive to go as a guido?

I dont think so, especially in an area like Calgary, where its not known for having much of an Italian population. Besides, its not that you're making fun of Italians, but just the pop your collar, pluck your eyebrows, get a fake tan, "My New Haircut" type. I wouldn't worry about it.
My cousin out in Vancouver had a pub crawl for his bday back in May and they all went as guidos. He never mentioned any negative comments getting said to him. Actually they all looked priceless.

I'm going to go as Freddie Mercury circa Queen's concert at Wembley Stadium:
The only thing i'll most likely have a problem with is the jacket.

I went as Freddie two years ago in that exact outfit. I still have it in a closet somewhere. I found a horrifying yellow suit jacket and matching pants at a thrift store that I bought for a show my band was playing, and later cut up the pants to make the straps on the jacket. Then just got a pair of white pants and put gold and red stripes on the sides.

Good luck tracking another yellow suit down, haha... I have never seen another one like it.
Wish I had a photo of the Freddie costume kicking around.

I'm going to be a redneck this year. Picked up some dirty old overalls from value village and fake teeth in the hallowen section. Going to wear a wife beater under the overalls. put some hay in my pockets, trucker hat and drink lucky beer to go with the costume

A friend and I we thinking about going as Tag-Team champions. but our costume would have nothing to do with wrestling. We'll I guess I shouldn't say nothing...
Definitely no pink streamers on our costumes!

Should you even be allowed to ask that? I cant believe you asked that! I am sure you have been told the answer by now, but I better tell you again.
No. FATA NO! You'd get your asss kicked for thinkin' something like that man.
As a Flames fan in deadmonton, I go trick-or-treating in my FATAING FLEURY Jersey............

If you're into a lot of work me and my buddies were Tetris two years ago, you need a bunch of 1x1 lumber, make the frame, staple cardboard to frame, paint, voila. tetris.

A bunch of years ago, me and a few of my friends pulled pantyhose over our heads, stuffed oranges in them for eyes and strapped on cheesy wings. Then we took a huge piece of styrofoam cut it into a sausage shape and painted it brown and carried it around all night.
We learned the lesson that going as a bunch of flies attracted to sh%t just doesn't fly right with bar girls.

I am sitting in the computer lab at school watching these Uncle Nick skits, laughing my ass off and everybody is looking at me like I am insane.
Those are awesome.
