"tie" is within 3 points on sports select?

Yes sir.

If you pick a team to win, they must win by 4 points or more.

So it's the same as BCLC. I always hated that "rule" it gives way better odds to the government.

Not a whole lot to play this weekend...
Going for a MIN-TEN tie, GB-TB tie and JKV win.

And then the point spread still scares me a little....
CIN -3.5 over CLE
CAR -7.5 over ATL
JKV -7.5 over HOU
BUF -8.5 over STL
PHI -2.5 over CHI
PIT -6.5 over BAL

Yeah, this week doesn't have much that calls out to me either. I actually was thinking of picking the Skins to tie the `Boys. Division games usually end up being pretty close and the Skins offence I think is better than it gets credit for and has shown progression through the season. They also have a defence that's had to play 3 pretty good offences in the Giants, Saints, and Cardinals and have held all of them to 24 or fewer points (Can't remember if their win over the Saints was 28-20 or 28-24 offhand.). Value on that is nearly 6-1, so it's tough to pass up.

This ticket would have won if PHI sticks it in the end zone.

Should I be putting money on Vancouver for opening night?

The Flames have lost the last 5 straight home openers or something like that...

Flames @ Canucks are 2-5 in their last 7
Home team is 5-1 in their last 6 meetings (the one win was the 7-1 last game of the year)

Sask to win vs Cgy 3.6
Bal win vs IND 3.2
Car to win vs TB 2.45
Mia to win vs Hou 3.05
Chi to tie vs Atl 3.4
NE to tie vs SD 3.8

$2 pays a whopping $2224.38

It's a long shot but that is a pretty big return on two measly bucks.

Anyone have any feel good stories about winning on their Sports Select Ticket? The only time I won was week 1 of the NFL last year. $2 wins $200. That's the only time I've won! Having to win a 3-Team Parlay is a joke.

Didn't Mike Richards win something like $30 000?

Not sure how much he's one in a single go but he quite often makes numerous outlandish picks where a $10 bet will win like $24000.
