Eddie Murphy Delirious is far and away the best stand up comedy performance in history.

And that is saying a lot because it is all he's really done (other than Raw which was less than half as funny) and guys like Carlin and Pryor have far bigger catalogues that are far better overall. But as far as single performances so, Delirious takes the cake.
