You know you're from Calgary when... you think you can design traffic interchanges better than traffic engineers.
And, no, most cities do not have lightless interchanges. For the extra cost, they aren't worth the money, not by a long shot. Especailly when the secondary road isn't a freeway anyway.
That being said, there are some older interchanges in Calgary that would definately have been built diferently if they were built today.
