I really like the idea of Terry Fox's image running it in - that would be sweet and a tear jerker. Wouldnt work for running up the stairs however, maybe the image of Fox passing it off to some Cancer survivors.

What is the theme of this Olympics? I guess my problem with the whole presentation is that there isn't a theme. Or doesn't seem to be one. I mean, we have the Inuit symbol as the Olympic symbol, and the strange anime-like toys... Can we find a Japanese/Inuit kid to light the flame?

Seriously though on one hand I think since it's a world event it should be someone who is recognized world wide so Wayne Gretzky? But on the other hand I like the local idea of Betty Fox.
