It's probably because I hate my gear with a passion...

Let's try and call this place...

http://www.ramsaycommunity.ab.ca/rink.html

It's right up the hill from the dome, centrally located and you can book time there for $50 per hour and a half. This would just be a fun pick-up game and people that don't have equipment would be no problem.

I'd be fine with going to the Bowness one after the game. Could be fun.

This is harder then finding a date
Try Triwood Arena.

I know a guy who books icetimes there on a regular basis.

No go, pretty much called every single rink in the city and had no luck. So if we can get enough people interested in playing at that Ramsay outdoor covered rink then I'll put a call into them.

I'm up for the ramsay arena. As I got a call from Sarcee this morning saying that they have nothing.
So I think we can assume that everyone I have put a check mark next to in the first one is in. Everyone else let us know!

Come to Lethbridge and play. You can get ice time without much problems. Then you can get me to play too!

if we have extra bodies that be great. less money per person, and it would be an hour and a half so the rest would be needed

Okay, Ramsay Community called today and I have the ice time booked on February 9th from 11:00am until 1:00pm for $60.

So a bit about the rink...
-it's a covered rink
-it's located on top of Scottsmans hill (hill behind the dome)
-there are enclosed change rooms and the ice is maintained

So at $60 if we charge $5 per person we only need 12 people to break even. We can also set a max of 16 guys and 2 goalies for two teams of 8 and play four on four or we could have 20 guys and play five on five, or any suggestions are welcome.

I imagine we're playing no slapshots, no hitting and no pad requirements just recommend wearing a helment, shin pads, elbow pads and gloves. Again any suggestions?

Anyone who wants in please reply with position and how many people you want to bring.

Sound good foofighter?

that jersey is awesome.

Glad to see this is panning out! The details posted above sound good. I figure we try to let as many people play as they want, so if we have enough interest I say 20 sounds good.

Make sure to update us so I can mark you down. Feel free to bring a buddy
