Well, I ran five half-marathons last year and I have some sort of nebulous goal to get my practice runs up to three hours . . . . . which should also get me into range of a marathon as well.
I ran one about 13 years ago but had some knee issues. Lately, it's all starting to come back and I'd like to extend it out a bit more in 2008 if I can. I'll focus on the training run times as the goal, with a marathon as a potential outcome of that.
Kiliminjaro beckons as well but that might be early 2009. One of those things you'd like to check off before you die . . . . and since I'm closer to dying than a lot of you on this board I'd better get after it!!!
Take five weeks off this year. Sounds like a strange goal but for the self-employed, scheduling and achieving time off isn't as easy as it sounds. There's always something to do.
Lots of business goal setting in the last month, but I'll keep those to myself.
