One boyfriend of the low brow variety punched out the bathroom door, leaving a massive hole in it, when the lady wouldn't let him in the room during a fight. Nice. A menacing sort of chap.

Another of the ladies was dating a rock musician and the unannounced late night drunken parties spilling out of the bar into our place became pretty tedious.

Another of the ladies knocked on the door late one night, waking me from a sound snore, needing a shoulder to cry on because the guy who had taken her to dinner on a first date had insisted on sex as payment and was angry when she wouldn't deliver and were all men like that? Yada, yada, yada. Yeesh.

There's a lot of drama.

Not quite as good, but I had a situation once where I was sharing a house with three other people two of which were female. A nice love triangle between my other three room mates germinated where one girl was madly in love with the guy and the guy was after the other girl, who sort of had a boyfriend on the side.....but didn't exactly fend off my other room mate. Than factor in that I made more money than the three of them combined and was the only one who had a vehichle.....it got rather interesting with a lot of jockeying for me to pick sides. Eventually I went behind their backs and gave the land lord the one months notice and gave them all a copy. Spending the extra money to have my own place or a single room mate was well worth it I decided after that gong show.

I am just responding to an ad for this place. I don't know any of them yet. All of the girls are students aswell, and they felt the need for a male in the place, so thats where I came in

Just make sure you clean up after yourself. There's nothing your female roommates will hate more than having to come home to find a dirty kitchen/bathroom. That's been my experience. Really, you should just be glad of the opportunity, not just because of the small chance of extra curricular activities, but because of the chance to learn as much as you can about living with a woman. Don't forget all their girlfriends who might just come to hang out, granted you might have to leave from time to time for them to have their girls night, but they might sometimes let you in on the fun. I mean what's better than watching Sex & City and drinking wine with a bunch of girls.
