If you want more answers than you need, you could consult a column a few days ago in an Iranian paper which said the new Harry Potter book is a zionist scheme to pervert Muslim youth.

Wow. Great book and series, sad it's over.
Hard for a journey of that length to not disapoint in the ending somehow but I think J.K. pulled it off pretty well.
For a while there I thought Harry was just going to walk off and die in defeating Vold, which I was getting annoyed about, even though that would have been a brave ending by Rowling.
I too thought there was a bit too much camping out and evading the death eaters. But I sort of put that down to the tables being reversed. The Order of the Phoenix found it hard to find/get Voldemort when he wasn't on top so to speak and so when Harry was on the run the reverse was true.
I did find the payoff for the Snape sub plot to be a little slim. I mean sure we learnt everything as did Harry and the others eventually. But there was never any living vindication for his troubles for Snape himself. Would have been nice if there was some last moment of understanding between the two.
There has been talk of more books, any one know any details?

JK Rowling says she has no plans to write any more books, except maybe a Harry Potter encyclopedia.

I found after I finished the last book, that I had to go back to the beginning and start over again. She did such a fantastic job of setting the ending up right from the beginning.

Interesting fact, The first time Harry saw Snape, Snape looked deep into his eyes, the last time Harry saw Snape, Snape looked deep into his eyes...just amazing writing with details like that!

Or is it a Satanic plot?
