I played a round in Nanton yesterday and got fried myself. This mornings shower was very painful. Gotta remember to keep suntan lotion in my bag.

That sounds positively profane if you read it quickly out loud.

Thermostat upstairs says it's 30 degrees C in my bedroom. Feels hotter. A cold beer seemed like a great idea half an hour ago (if for no other reason than to make me dozey and pass out). I followed with a few more, and now I'm just going to be up peeing all night... at which point it will be too hot to fall back asleep.

Way to keep it real Biff...what Dion does with his bag/suntan lotion combo is the man's privates business.

Typo?

Man, it is hotter than a case of gonorhea in our condo and I'm sweating like whore in church. I actually want to go to school tomorrow just for the climate control...

It's pretty hot down here too.. Parked the car out in the sun today at school, and when I got back, I could bend the puck that was sitting on my dashboard. Nice change from all the rain though.

huh? I wasn't trying to make fun of CP and I don't even see how you thought I was....(maybe I'm just missing something here..)

Anyways there's no way i'm going to be able to sleep tonight...my house only has windows on one side upstairs so it won't cool off. Unfortunately my room is upstairs...bleh...give me winter where i can just put on another layer or pull my covers up!

it doesn't help matters much that my PC is a fairly effective heater in itself. it's sitting at around 36 degrees in my office

I absolutely love this weather. After our crap/cold winters and lukewarm springs, i will take this any day. I wish it was like this every day of the year. Some people may say, it sucks, cause ya cant sleep at night, bahhhhh, get AC!!!! I turn my AC on in my house and have no prob sleeping.

Bring on more heat!

The best way to cool down I've found is to pour a nice Hoegaarden into a frozen glass and add a touch of lime juice. Quite simply the most amazing beer I've ever tasted!

Put me in the category of preferring -30 to +30. If it's -30, you can put more clothes on to stay warm, but at +30 there are only so many layers you can take off before it becomes illegal!

Try working inside an airplane where the outside temperature is 36 degrees, you don't have airconditioning because you're on the ramp, it's so humid it feels like you're walking through water, and it's 7AM.

This is nothing like being in Indonesia!

From EC.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCHES AND WARNINGS WENT MOST OF
THE NIGHT IN CENTRAL ALBERTA AND WILL LIKELY BE ISSUED AGAIN THIS
AFTERNOON FOR AREAS FURTHER SOUTH IN ALBERTA AND WESTERN
SASKATCHEWAN.

HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE MID THIRTIES AND DEWPOINTS IN
THE UPPER TEENS WILL FUEL THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT VERY LATE THIS
AFTERNOON OR EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS SOUTHERN ALBERTA AND
WEST-CENTRAL SASKATCHEWAN. CAP APPEARS TO BE IN PLACE FOR MOST OF
ALBERTA IN BEHIND SURFACE COOL FRONT WHICH IS SPILLING
SOUTHEASTWARD. AREAS MOST LIKELY TO CONVECT ARE EXTREME SOUTHERN
PORTIONS OF THE PROVINCE ESPECIALLY NEAR MEDICINE HAT. CAPES NEAR
2000 ARE POSSIBLE WITH BUFR DATA FOR YXH BUT STORMS VERY HIGH BASED
AND BIGGEST THREATS LIKELY WIND GUSTS.

Went to a stampede party last night. Sweet zombie Jesus was it hot out. Most of the shade was taken, but luckily the party had free beer to cool me down.
