I noticed that the server you select has helps out your speeds. I selected one in calgary, and I only got about 3000 down and about 1500 up. I selected the seattle server (same computer) and got over 20000 down and almost 10000 up.

Though I guess if I weren't so lazy, I'd uncap my bandwidth... it's all going through QoS filtering so my VoIP phone can work at all times. Surprisingly good speeds though, here with Comcast.

Which satellite company?

I've had satellite internet before.....after being cut off 3 times per day for surpassing my daily limit, I switched to something else.
