It was called "Powerplay", and traced the story of the fictional NHL team Hamilton Steelheads. It also had a slick player agent turned GM who saw ghosts of HOF hockey players.

A great piece of CTV programming for fans of small market NHL teams.

I own one of the Jerseys from the show! Bought it off a bit player a few years back for $100. A thing of beauty. Never wear it for games.

If that show ever comes to DVD I'll be first in line.

Firefly and Sportsnight are the only notables on the list.

The rest IMO is junk, Tick is ok but not worth airing on the wideban networks.

Seriously, where is 'The Pretender' on that list, you put crap like push Nevada but not pretender, please.

I actually used to like the show "Men Behaving Badly", but I was pretty young when it was on so maybe it wasn't all that good.

And I know it wasn' cancelled for lack of popularity, but I really want Chapelle's Show back!!

Men Behaving Badly was great. For one season. Then two of the stars wanted raises, were let go and replaced. The show for season 2 was terrible. Coy and Vance terrible.

If season 3 was any indication, it can stay off the air.

Absolutely hilarious!

And I agree with the majority of the board that AD should never have been cancelled. To the point where I think if they throw it in heavy syndication in the States like they do in Canada right now, itd go the way of Family Guy and Futurama(2008) and be picked back up.
I was reading through the thread and JUST thinking to myself "I wish they never cancelled Clone High". It was hilarious!

I liked that show too. It sucked that it ended up getting cancelled.
