My first car was a 1977 Pontic Astre.
However to answer Fotze's question, that would be my 1984 Trans Am. All the gin in the world can't compete with being 18 and having a pretty new Trans Am. (well, back in the 80's anyways.)

My first car was a 1984 Chev Chevette - all of the cool kids in my school (small town Manitoba) owned Chevettes, Acadians or whatever the Dodge version was of those cars. How I ended up in the "cool crowd" was beyond me.

First car is the same car I own now (240SX). But the car I learned to drive on was this beauty (except red):
A Peugot 106. It had a 1.0L engine and 4 speed manual transmission. Top speed was about 120km/h, and that's only if I was going downhill.

Years ago, a friend of mine told me that his dad bought him a brand-new 'Vette. I knew his family had some bucks, so I scrambled outside to have a look.
He thought he was pretty funny..........it was a Chevette, not a Corvette.

Man... My sister had a cheesevette and I loved the thing. By that time, I had graduated to an almost new Dodge Dynasty AKA "The Nasty", but I shared an apartment with my sis and almost every day I had to twist her rubber arm to let me drive the vette. 5speed, RWD... Loved driving that thing. Especially in the winter.

The first car i purchased was a 1989 Hyundai Excel. Unfortunatly it never made it home, put a stop check on the my check and towed the car back to the owners place. I was told the car leaked a small amount of oil (like a liter ever month, but it completley leaked out on the highway travelling back home.

Fiat 126.
Now that was one small car. Great for parking though, especially in the UK. I owned this one with my mother. The first one I owned by myself was a Vauxhall Viva.

1977 Honda Civic (or affectionately the #####vic). The passenger door would not stay closed (held in place with bungy cord)

At the time I wasn't all that thrilled about the '82 Volvo 240 my dad bought me, but looking back it was the perfect car for a 16 your old: slow as molasses and very safe. Still drive a Volvo to this day, although (thankfully) a little nicer than that old '82.

First vehicle, and first to get laid in was a '93 GMC Sierra ext.cab 4x4. It was a lot of fun, but having the ability to go off-road any time as a 16 yr old got me into a bit of trouble the odd time, lol. Truck was only four years old when I got rid of it and could barely run anymore. Good times, good times!
Next truck I owned was a Ford F-150 and that thing took a lickin' and kept on tickin'. Loved that one.

The first car I ever got to drive was a 97 Accord V6 back when I first got my license. I finally bought my own car this year, the 2007 Civic SI. Nothing crazy, but I'm proud of it, just cuz I paid all the money for it myself.
