Born here almost 36 years ago, and been here ever since except one year of out-of-province university (but I kept my address here). I've also lived in just about every section of Calgary at some point.

What'd they do? Give you a 10pm curfew? Complain that you never vacuumed? Try to charge you for shovelling snow off the walk?

I don't consider myself anything but a Calgarian, but have had an address outside the city that might discount me I guess.
Born at the Holy Cross, lived in Calgary for first 6 months and then my family moved to Airdrie for 8 and a half years. Lived in Calgary the last 17 years.
Does Airdrie count as being somewhere else? Parents commuted into Calgary, all my family was here, but in the boom the only place affordable was the NE or Airdrie for a family starting out. The boom of course ended shortly after, but the mortgage was worth more then the house, so there was no chance of moving back.

Yep, native Calgarian here. Also born at the General...................42 years ago.
Like Kaon, I spent a few years in a bedroom community.

Born at the Holy Cross in 1961. My kids were born at
the Peter Laughead.Same room in fact.
Lived here till 2005, when I moved to Okotoks, which you
could consider a suburb.

Wonder what I would fall into?
Born in Vietnam in September 1980, but came to Calgary in January 1981. I guess I'm almost a lifelong Calgarian.

Born and raised for 28 years, 1 brother, both parents , all 4 aunts and Uncles, all 4 grandparents born here. Most of the family is still in Calgary. Only the brother not in Calgary now. Mom is the only other person to leave the city for any length of time.

Was everyone born at the Holy Cross? Here's another one for the count.
Born and raised in Calgary, although I've lived briefly in Victoria, BC (two years), and am now living in Edmonton (three years so far). I guess I don't qualify for this thread, but I still consider myself a lifelong Calgarian, and will definitely move back as soon as I can.
My parents have also spent most of their lives in Calgary - and have only ever lived in Alberta.

Been here for almost 24 years. I was born in the old Holy Cross Hospital. I was raised here, went to university here and now I work here. I lived in Castleridge for the first 13 years, and have been in Edgemont since. I spent one semester in Germany, other than that I have been here the whole time.
I am almost as Calgarian as you can get.

Born 28 years ago in the General Hospital, and I'd not think of moving ... I am a 3rd generation Albertan. My Mom was also born and raised in Calgary.
