Not pulling it off fast enough in hardcore obviously. I have used that exact strategy at least a dozen times to no luck (not enough shots before he gets close).

How many headshots does it take to put him down?

So you don't remember how many times you hit him (in hardcore) to kill him? 4-6.... 7-10... 11+?? You HAVE done it, right? Simple question then.. no youtubes necessary...

Well, I dont exactly know how many shots it is. But I can tell you that it was about 1 minute after he is right infront of the front barrier. And the grenades work magic on him if you get them near him. I beat him on all difficulties but I never counted how many head shots I gave him. 10? 13? Most of my 19 sniper bullets forsure.
