Damn...I've also been one of those who was more of a supporter of the 2k brand of hockey for the past few years, but who knows, I just may have to give this one a shot. Those video's were pretty damn impressive, looks good!

No PS3 until March 2007. Delay of the launch was officially announced by Sony. So much for the worldwide launch on November they were trumpeting a couple short months ago.

Also, not even the premium PS3 system will come with HD cables. It was expected that HDMI cables wouldn't be inlcuded but it looks as if no HD capable cables will be included.

more news today...and more bad news for Sony it seems.

Only 500k PS3 consoles will be available for launch. 400k for North America and 100k for Japan.

One analyst downgrades shipments of PS3 by end of 2006 to 1.5 mil. Sony had siad they were going to ship 4 mil by end of 2006. Looks like the shortage could be far worse than the 360 shortage was.

Also interesting is that it still seems to be the same manufacturing problem that killed the March '06 launch. Not liking the potential quality issues the PS3 may have.
