Forestry consultant.
I work outside every day, deciding what areas to log, how to harvest it, figure out where to put logging roads, also do some timber cruising, etc.
The nice warm days with no bugs are fantastic......nobody around, nobody bugging you. The wet/cold days sometimes makes you want to quit and work at McDonalds.

Oil and Gas Commodity Trader. Deal with mainly refiners from the majors (ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips etc) to smaller refiners marketing/trading butane, pentane, ethanol etc. to enhance their octane at their refineries.
Also, late 2005 I started up a Jr. Oil and Gas company with a few partners. The plan is to build up the company then sell it then repeat the cycle.

work for 7-11 for way too long now, worked at the location near Mount Royal College for nearly 7 years. Don't like my job but tend to have fun with my co-workes so it's hard to quit.

It's fun/surprising to see how some of my favorite CalPuck personalities spend their weekdays.
I am a broadcaster in Saskatchewan, it's about as glorious as it sounds....not very.

Everytime we have these threads I have to read about troutman and kootenay flames fan's jobs....jobs I should be doing right now.
Instead, I'm a mailman. I'm a damn good mailman too. I'm secretly plotting to take over the postal service with the acquisition of a Business Management degree. I'll have that wrapped up in January. 7 more classes I think.
Then I'm blowing this taco stand and going home. Finally. I guess then I might become Replaced Flames Fan.

Electrical Engineer. For another 5 years. After that I'll probably retire, move to the Vernon area and get a part-time job in the summers as a landscaper.
That's the dream, at least.

Work for an mid-sized ad agency here in Tokyo - I run the interactive division. Always looking for good web designers - it's damn near impossible to find good ones in Tokyo these days...
