Funny you say that cause my 15 year old sister and her friends love that song.

Everytime I hear a Sam Roberts song my eyes get itchy. I probably need to get another mask.

Metallica, Eminem, 50 Cent, The Game, Nickelback, Shawn Desmond, Shean Paul, Good Charollete, Avril Lavinge and most pop.

There is a difference between rap and hip hop people.

I just don't like Nickelback because they seem to forget that they were once a small band from Hanna, now they are these "huge" rock stars and seem to be real butt holes about it. I can't stand Chad Kroger and Vanflamesfan, this thread is opinion based, people are allowed to say that most of todays music is very weak and down right suckish

Sure, if this thread is opinion based, then I have the exact same right to say that the music that you all are bashing isn't as ****ty as you are saying.

And saying that Nickelback seem to be real butt holes is kinda silly seeing how you don't know them. But if that's the perception that you get from watching interviews, thats fine, I don't get that at all.

for the record, I dont even like Nickelback that much, I dont mind them, I have 2 of their CD's, have yet to see them live, but I just don't get the hate on for 'popular' music. I know there have been posts tryin to explain why 'popular' music sucks, but I can't agree with the arguments. That's just me though.

As far as the "I can't stand VanFlamesFan"......ouch, that was a little harsh.

And finally, my all time most hated song would have to me 'Make em say Uhhhhh", by Master P. There is just so much wrong with that song, the video and P himself. god, I hate rap music.

For RHCP you can divide their discology into two: everything before Blood Sugar Sex Magik and everything else.

Before BSSM they were a funk/rock band. After that they became a mainstream rock band. There is nothing like Danni California on their their debut album or Freaky Styley.

Fair enough. I just don't buy into the whole "They changed their music style for money." That being said, I think RHCP are still a lot more original than most of the mainstream bands out there.

Max Webster was a band fronted by Kim Mitchell before he became just Kim Mitchell...Max was great!

Kim is now the drive home DJ on 107FM in Toronto

1) Linkoln Park - All their songs sound identical and the guy's voice is ridiculously annoying. Apparently he has a good voice but instead decides to scream and shreak. Nice work buddy.

2) Marc Anthony - Ridiculously whiny and useless voice. I have no idea how the hell he got on the radio

3) Anything in the genre of Jessica Simpson, Brittany Spears, Hillary Duff, Jojo, etc. I am ashamed I can name that many.

It appears as though the vast majority of bands listed here are bands that those of the opposite sex might really enjoy.
Marc Anthony for instance...his songs make my wife...well...frisky...therefore I have a whole library of his music...which I have grown to love.

It's Linkin Park...but your point is still valid. I forgot how much I hated them until you brought them up. Ugh.
