I don't remember where I heard this, but it's sticking in my brain for some reason.
During part of the "inspections", the weapons inspectors were denied entrance to places for a period of time. They were then allowed a couple days later.
If they had nothing to hide, why the denial? Why couldn't the inspectors go wherever and whenever they wanted?
