Ancient Chinese Proverb: He who did not embrace headbangerism at least briefly is not a true man.

Speaking of, I think if Iron Maiden were to dust off the sarcophii and pyramids, pull out the spandex and revive the Powerslave tour they could make an absolute killing from aging former freaks. I know I'd go. It'd be better than KISS putting the makeup back on.

The man was a legend with the bass. "Cliff em all" was the only footage I had of him and I watched that alot.

Sadly though, I felt that was the downfall of Metallica. Their music did change. I did enjoy it still but it was never the same once Cliff's contributions were gone. It's sometimes hard to believe how popular they were as an underground band - never using radio or video play to increase their exposure.

Also, I have to ask the old rockers here who saw Led Zeppelin..... how were they live? Anyone see Ozzy with Sabbath?

Oh....and you old bangers...what ever happend to your cherished leathers and patched jean jackets? I think I still have my old skull rings in some change jar somewhere. They literally used to change my fingers green after a night of wearing them.

Nicko McBrain? Maiden rules, one of the few bands I haven't seen that I would go to in a heartbeat.

To add to my previous list:

can't believe I forgot
