A 1996 Geo Prism. I was just happy to get the car at the time but it also stayed problem free for the entire time that I had it (until a car ran a red light and totaled it).

A red 1974 Plymouth Barracuda
Man I loved that car. Completely replaced two quarter panels, pick and filed the roof with led (no bondo) and painted it. It was a project car I used for class.

I wouldn't be shocked if that damn car is still running.
Ahh, memories.

McLeod Tr '86-'87...then I quit because of differences with a couple of people senior to me...and because they kept cutting back my hours.

2005 Honda Civic
Got it last August brand new and it now has almost 50k it. So far no problems at all.
I guess the first car I drove was my dads 1993 dodge spirit.......had to do a bunch of work to make it road worthy (it had NO brakes) and I drove it to work for a few months so it served me well.

My first car was a '79 Dodge Omni. Bought it in '88 for $500. What a total POS that thing was. It had a 1.7L VW Rabbit engine in it - wierd!! Drove it to Banff and back once and the engine was ****ing gas and caught on fire!!
Never bought another Chrysler product again.

A teal colored 1991 Dodge Shadow. A hand-me-down from my older brother when I was 17. Back then I was the only kid on the block who had their own car. Had some great memories.

1989 Celica GTS; Black.
Went like a bat out of hell, hugged the road like a jealous lover and never ever broke down. The tires wore out long before anything mechanical.
Been sold on Toyota engineering ever since

1968 VW beetle. Man, did I put that thing through the mill - and it never quit. It's a far cry from my current vehicle - a 2005 Nissan 350Z.

Mine was a '90 GMC Tracker. Just take a look at this thing:
(Except in red, with a turquise squiggle down the side) Now, I'm a guy. I usually don't admit to ever having driven this car since it's a little embarrassing. It had a lawnmower engine, 4WD, and a top you could take off (COOL, EH?!)
A piece of junk, but on the other hand, you could slam into a brick wall and, I swear, that thing would keep on going. I've never seen a car take so much abuse and never require any maintanance. We had it for ten years (mine for three of that), and all we did was put in gas, and - very occasionally - changed the oil. No problems.
Even still, good riddance!

The first car I owned was a 1997 Honda Civic. It was stolen and banged up so I didn't own it for very long.
The first car I was allowed to drive on a regular basis (in essence my car) was a 1978 Caprice Classic. A great car to stuff lots of people into but since it was canary yellow, people either thought it was a cop car or a taxi. Not exatcly a lady killer.

My first car was a 1988 Honda Accord exi, that i bought for 1500$. I had about 178000 km on it, and ran in perfect condition for about 3 years till i lent it to my sister and she totalled it on a deer.
So I upgraded and bought a used 98 1.6 EL....great car, good on gas, never breaks down, and its VTEC kicks in when you need the punch.

I bought a 56 Hillman four door and an 52 Austin mini minor for fifteen bucks.
2 cars fifteen bucks.
Sold the cool Austin for 25 dollars.
The hillman had these great signal light arms that swung out from the pillar between the front and back door.
I think I got $75 for it.
Both had leather upholstrey ,wood steering wheels, and other neat things. Darn I wish I kept them, lol.
Not.
My buds had the real cars, too many to list.
11.96 stock hemi road runner or a ..., 39 chev,with a 327,
trans-am cuda or 454 55 chevy ,shelby cobra mustang,
too many it was crazy.69 427 El Camino that reappeared after a friend owned it ten years earlier.
My best /fastest that I owned was either the
72 chevy truck,411 gears,400 turbo tranny with a 396 engine ,scares me remembering it,whoosh.
or the
67 Plymouth Satellite,built up 340 ,headers,carbs and stuff.
White leather interior. Trick
