Cycling and ball hockey work for me.

That and I eat complex carbs, lots of veggies, soy, nuts and lots of beans. Most importantly, no meat!

the_only_turek_fan is dead on. Follow his advice, and you will lose weight. The problem with most of the foods he listed to avoid is that they have very high caloric and carbohydrate concentration, so it's very tough to eat a normal serving of those foods and feel satiated.

I actually pretty well followed his advice to a tee, and lost so much weight I had to stop because I actually ended up underweight!

I find running outside much more challenging that on a treadmill or even a track. Also, when I run outside, the time goes by much faster. Although let me tell you, running on the track at Talisman behind some hot chicks can also make the time go by much faster

Also, most running shoes last six months, tops. You need to replace them promptly.
