Assuming on/off ice, Fleury needs to be there. If just on-ice, that is fair enough.

Now that I think about it there might have been sort of contest some time ago.

There was, it blew up into dozens of pages in a very short period and got shut down due to some people taking it too far (hey it wasn’t me this time!). The thread was locked but the poll did finish with fairly low participation.

If it was post-NHL, Theo would be right up at the top of the list. But man, loved him as a Flame.

My main dislike is for dirty players who try to injure opponents. The dirtiest plays I ever saw were Clarke on Kharlamov, Dale Hunter on Turgeon, Cooke on Savard, McSorely on Brashear, Torres on Silfverberg.

Weird one as a Flames fan...but Gary Suter.

I will never forgive him for Cross Checking Paul Kariya in the head right before the 1998 Nagano Olympics and for kicking off the concussion problems that ended up hurting his career.

He had 99 points in 69 games the year before, 31 points and 17 goals in 22 games before that injury, and was never quite the same player after that.

The Stevens hit gets replayed a lot more, but it was the Suter hit that really derailed Kariya's career.

Marchment - I was embarrassed they signed that POS.
Neal - not only a bad player for Calgary but also a bad influence
Smith - the only thing Neal ever did that I liked was to go back at Smith when he complained.
Bourque - the only player I ever thought was actually lazy.
Tkachuk - I always thought he was a dick and played selfishly, but it wasn't until this offseason that he crossed the line into hating him.
MSL - hate is too strong but I thought his tantrum when he wasn't chosen for the Olympics was over the top
