Looking at the wranglers schedule, they have a huge gap in games coming up. One tomorrow then the following weekend. All home games. Then two away games 30/31.
Zayne could be there for two whole weeks for his five games. Which carries almost to the Olympic break.

They only sent Stromgren down because Hunt is the teacher's pet! Huska never lets any rookies play! Dinosaurs! Don Bologna! Rebiggle! Rabble rabble!
Am I doing it right?

I'm really interested to see how Zayne does at the AHL level. Will give us a good sense of really where he is.

Then someone needs to be outraged at your outrage. Sorry, but I can't summon the outrage at this time. Hopefully, some poster will pick up the mantle.

No wonder the Andersson trade is taking so long. Craig's been busy with other things.

so the Flames have played 47 games, but obviously for some of those Parekh was with the WJC team. Does anyone know how many more games he can be with the big club before the 40 game cliff (That is the point it burns a year of RFA status I believe).
Copilot is telling me there were 4 games, so he has already hit the 40 game mark, but it is only including the games the Flames played during the tournament.

Parekh had played 11 NHL games this season, 12 in total

agreed. But I believe the 40 game mark is being on the roster, not in the game is it not?

Glad Zayne is getting games in the A (without getting scratched every other night). Should help him ramp up to nhl play.

Gridin averaged almost 15 mins on the Kadri line, and was only scratched for one game before being sent down.

I feel bad for Stromgren he had no opportunity at all. 21 minutes of ice in 3 games. At least he saw the show

I imagine this will be good for Wranglers ticket sales too.

Its the perfect league for him right now.

How many conditioning stints per year are you allowed?

From my understanding, as many as you want as long as the player agrees to them.
He just needs to be healthy scratched for 5 games, then he's eligible for another conditioning loan. The only downside is that Parekh would be using up one of the 23 roster spots while he's on the conditioning loan.

also heads up. If you have a bet365 account they show every AHL game in their live betting feed.
