Would've preferred Poirier over Brz. Brz is the better prospect but we need a look at Poirier sooner rather than later due to age and waivers

I don't understand people that want to take Pachal out. At least he plays a physical game. What does Jake Bean bring to the team? A whole lot of nothing.

Don’t think it matters too much for tomorrow’s game regardless. I just picked Pachal because RD for Brz

It's actually spelled ‘auto corrupt’, but your iPhone won't let you type that because it doesn't want the truth to get out.

I could see it being Rasmus and Weegar both coming out.
Pretty sure both those guys have been playing hurt for the last two months.

Yep. my guess Anderson has been injured for awhile now
Would also guess, Farabee has broken fingers or hand.

Flames only had 2 call ups left barring emergency call ups. They had to make choices. Now if you want to debate who those 2 were, that's another matter.

There wasn't room for him until the Zary injury.

Yeah that's what I was wondering too. He missed that game on Long Island and likely toughed it out since than. So its not like he's ending an ironman streak. On one hand if you're playing rookies you like to have a good vet to put them with. But one meaningless game, Bahl and Hanley can pair with a rookie.

Although I have a soft spot for Bean because he is from Calgary, I'd rather keep Pachal over him. I think Pachal is better offensively and defensively.

Yeah add me to the group disappointed not to see Stromgren, he took a massive step this year producing at the pace he did in his 21 year old season and with his frame as his game rounds out I see him being a good depth piece for the flames for a long time and being a lead dog for the Wranglers next year

They both can and should play tomorrow over the likes of Bean, Pachal and/or Miromanov. Suniev, Morton should also slot in ahead of guys like Rooney or Lomberg in a game like this.
Would love to see lines/pairings:
Suniev-Backlund-Coleman
Morton-Frost-Sharangovich
Weegar-Parekh
Bahl-Brzu

Yeah I feel like he's the one guy that for whatever reason isn't getting much love. He's had a fantastic year by all accounts, yet he is still yet to get a sniff. This could be a motivating tactic at play by Conroy and coaches, but he's certainly got more to offer than guys like Hunt or Bishop who have been called up at times.
He's nearly notched 50 points, which for a youngster like him is a pretty big season in the AHL.

I think some of you are in for a surprise if you think Parekh isn’t “ready”.
His maturity has grown immensely and his frame has changed significantly this year.
If I were a betting man I’d put my chips all in he starts with the big club come fall.
I know the top brass wanted him in the last few games, it was a very difficult decision.
They are by no means thinking he’s not ready.

If Parekh gets a big role with the Wranglers in the playoffs I would love to watch some of those games.
