Our announcer said we have to wi in regulation, that’s not true right? We just need two wins of any kind of Minni loses in reg right?

If they lose in regulation we can finish a point higher so it won’t matter how we win.

Yes in the case of Minny. If they lose in regulation we can win 2 games in any fashion

This is such a misconception - both teams take over 50 shot attempts per game. Blocking shots is a great defensive play. Just ask Tanev. Or any goalie. Or coach.

If St.Louis loses in OT, then we need to win in regulation because the best we could do is tie them and we need more regulation wins. Hence needing to win in regulation. If they lose in regulation, it doesn't matter how we win out.
