Holy unexpected 4th line clutch play, Batman!

So happy for those guys…they don’t get a lot of credit! Tonight it’s them and Vladar!

I don't think so. We are 6 back with the tie breaker. Honestly we might need 8-1 depending on the other teams.

My all time favourite Flames teams are the ones who never give up. That’s why people remember the 2015 team so fondly. This team should not be anywhere near the playoffs but they keep fighting and here they are. Regardless what happens you have to be proud of the Flames for the effort they have put in. Could have folded many times this year and no one would have blamed them.

Do we go with Vladar against Anaheim?
I think you have to. I don't know the stats, but the eye test has Vladar looking a lot more comfortable/confident.

If Wolf gets god mode back tomorrow, then that changes the conversation.

Scored against the Oilers too. I like him with Kadri.

6-2-1 if you beat the Wild head to head

Otherwise it's probably 7-2.

You just can't resist coming in here after a fun exciting win and piss all over everyone's optimism can you?

Would love to see Klapka start a Ferland-esque run here. He’s got the tools

It was a tough night for him as a Flames fan.

Hopefully the top six pull the weight offensively tomorrow after line 4 saved their bacon tonight.

I know it’s a long shot to make it and I also know it’s a long shot for a 19 year old kid to come in and join a team trying to make the playoffs in the NHL but would love for Calgary to stay in this hunt and have Parekh come join the team and play some bottom pair minutes and get to quarterback the powerplay. Would be an incredible experience for him and for the team.

Like I said. Such a long shot for both of those things to happen… but it’s the flames season. I didn’t hear no bell.

Theres a 75% probability that one of the blues or wild plays 0.500 hockey or worse through the rest of the season.
