No they aren't that bad, but they're the two worse teams in the state, who the Flames have dominated the last few years.

Just stating what's required of them to have a shot now.

Wolf not in to save us tonight. I will predict a blowout for the Avs.

I wonder if we could still fall into a top 10 pick.

10 games
8-2 could mean playoffs
7 wins the bare minimum to have any chance
That means a max of 3 losses can be sustained

One game at a time.

Vladar has been the better goalie, statistically, for a while now.

But regardless of who is in net, the Avs usually blow us out

I can't recall, but maybe they've done a California-only trip sometime in the past?

Prime putting on BarnBurner before the game... why can't we have these guys do every game?

lol I don’t know why you haven’t embraced the playoffs yet. That top ten pick isn’t happening unless the Flames win the lottery

Uh ya, something like 5-3-2 or 6-2-2, in that realm is realistically what one should expect. It’s not about hope, or preference, or being positive or negative or whiny. It’s just clear reality of an honest projection. You’re free to hope for 10-0 but to state it’s going to happen because the “negative” “whiny” people don’t post that too is the problem.

I mean its 6 points (wild) with 2 games in hand and a head to head...its not run the table and they lose every game territory

Blues are now 5 points with 2 in hand

If I can dream of them finishing 9-0, I can dream of the negative whiny posters going away too. The amount of negative posts that dominate every thread is tiresome .

Very few have been negative or whiny.

I salute you for your inspired effort to always make sure there is no optimism around here!

Non wavering!
