I guess it depends on what you consider a good team, I guess? A team in the top 10 (9th), I consider to be good. But I've also never understood or agreed with the argument that "so-and-so team is only good because of their goalie"... Like, yeah, cool... Good thing the goalie is part of the team!

I went to watch.sportsnet and tsn.ca/live and both say not available in my region.

Weird, Im on Vancouver Island and its working for me and im using SportsNet online.

Just pirate it, companies in Canada have asked for it.
